Guest Assessments
Each gym member who has previousy completed one of our clinical programmes may have up to two guests attend the gym. Each guest requires a guest assessment before using the gym; this includes a few simple assessments to give an overview of the guest’s fitness levels. We also discuss current activity levels, goals, medical history and medication. The assessment will include measurements of resting fitness levels i.e. heart rate and blood pressure.
Each guest member will also receive an induction to the gym and an individualised exercise programme.
For returning members who have not attended the gym for more than 6 months, a short health reassessment is required to discuss any worries/queries you may have for your return. You can also use this opportunity to review your programme with an exercise specialist.
